Shawn S.I had the best experience working with Mike. He gave me a lot of properties to choose from that were in my price range, location, and had the amenities that I wanted. He went with me about every week to between about 5-10 properties. When I finally found my place I was out bid on it and I was really upset. Mike went above and beyond and wrote a letter to the lender personally requesting that he be the first to know if the buyer backed out. Sure enough they did and he was the first to know and we got our bid in right away and got the place. He treats every client like they are his only client and is always available when you need him.
